Summer Lane Exchange is a print-on-demand business that creates fun, unique items for adults and children. While specializing in t-shirts and sweatshirts, we have a wide variety of other items like mugs, phone cases, and bags, many of which are part of our seasonal collections as well.
Because we are a print-on-demand business we have no inventory and therefore do not take returns. However, if the item you ordered is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be sure to make it right with a new item.
Defective or damaged may include:

A print that is not in the expected position on any of our products

Color-bleed into the article of clothing

Ripped clothing

Items received at delivery that are broken, like mugs or phone cases
We will not send you a new item if the item or color you ordered were not to your liking.
If you meet the defective or damaged criteria above, we are happy to make it right. Please:

Take a picture of the damaged/defective item, clearly showing the issue. Pictures must be of high resolution, with the issue centered in the frame and not obstructed by anything.

Email the picture as well as a copy of the email invoice to support@summerlaneexchange.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the subject line of the email please type "Defective item Order #<your order here>".

Summer Lane Exchange will make a determination of sending you a new item based on an evaluation of the product as depicted in the picture. We will review your email within 2 business days and place a new order for you as soon as possible.
