how does your business work?
Summer Lane Exchange is a print-on-demand company, specializing in creating unique t-shirts, sweatshirts, bumper stickers, bags, phone cases, and other items. We create the designs and select the products and offer them to you at great prices. As a print-on-demand business, we have no inventory; when you place an order the product you selected is printed just for you and shipped within 2-5 days.
can i request a design?
Yes! We are open to ideas for designs. Please email support@summerlaneexchange.com with your idea. However, please note that we cannot at this time take individual requests for immediate fulfillment.
what is your return policy?
Because this is a print-on-demand process, the creation of your product occurs soon after your order is placed. We are unable to accommodate returns. However, if you have an issue with your order that is related to the quality of the product, please send a picture of the product as well as your order information to support@summerlaneexchange.com and we will make it right. Please visit our Returns Policy found at the bottom of this page for more information.

Standard shipping is always free at Summer Lane Exchange.
how long will it take for me to receive my order? what are your delivery terms?
Summer Lane Exchange has selected partners that create and deliver high quality products. Your product is sent to our printer in 1-2 days. Once printed, it is then shipped via Standard Shipping, which can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Overall, you should receive your order in 7-10 days.
